You may cancel your picnic with full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled time.

Anything cancelled between 72-24 hours before the picnic will be refunded at 50%.

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the picnic will be considered no-shows, with no refund offered.

If inclement weather occurs the day of the picnic, the picnic can to moved to a covered porch, indoors or rescheduled for another time subject to availability.
